Shirodhara

Shiridhara is one of the most powerful treatment to relieve Vata from the mind. Tensions traumas stress imbalaced desires and cravings are held captive into the limbic system or the emotional cortex of the brain resulting into poor circulatory functions of the mind:

mood stabilizing receptors and appropriate neurotransmitters are inhibited.

As the mind is deeply stilled with consecutive shirodhars its protective layers are disarmed, giving access to stored stress and traumas.As the brain centers open, the mind is gracefully purified and recharged with peace and luminous consciousness without having to relive painful events in your life: the stress is simply softened disarmed and released. Specific cognitive awareness isn't necessary.


As the oil strokes the third eye, it stimulates the endocrine system, the pituitary and pineal glands (for hormonal upsets) and pleasure neurotransmitters (for depression or emotional insecurity).
