What kind of Panchakarma program do we run?

Panchakarma (PK) can be translated from Sanskrit as "The 5 actions". PK is an important branch of Ayurvedic Medicine and most imbalances are treated with this unique and comprehensive system of purification. Panchakarma is also recommended preventively as a rejuvenating seasonal cleanse and as preparation for conception.

Our Rejuvenating Panchakarma Treatment Package:

Panchakarma is offered as a five, seven or ten day package. Longer arrangements can be made in a Pre-Panchakarma consultation.

You will receive 2 to 3 hours of daily treatments.

Your personalized Panchakarma will include:
   *daily consultation.
    * Abhyangam-warm herbal oil massage
    * Nasya- cleansing therapeutic oils applied through the nostrils
    * Karana Purana- soothing ear treatment with medicated oils
    *aschyotanam:eyes purification with ayurvedic medication..
    * Swedana- detoxifying herbalized steam therapy
    * Shirodhara : Treatment with mind balancing oils
    * Virechana- purgation with herbal remedies
    * Basti- medicated enema
   * Raktamoksha- blood purification

Your PK may also include:

* Ubvaratan/Garshana- skin exfoliation with herbal powder.
* Netra Basti- rejuvenating eye treatment with ghee.

Included in your Panchakarma package are all herbs, oils and kitcheri (cleansing and nourishing food) and possibility of lodging. The highest quality oils and herbs are used.
